David Kotasek

David specializes in construction and building materials recruitment, partnering with general contractors, developers, and building product manufacturers to place project leadership, operations, and technical talent across Canada and the US. His work covers the full project lifecycle — from estimating and pre-construction through site management, project leadership, and senior operations roles. David focuses on the relationship side of recruitment. He understands that construction hiring runs on trust, timing, and knowing who's actually available versus who's just on the market — and he runs his desk accordingly.
