Before joining Top Tier Talent Group, Erika progressed from Associate Recruiter to Senior Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Signature Consultants, and most recently served as a Client Relationship Associate at Kforce, where her team earned Team of the Quarter for the SFL region. Her background gives her a well-rounded view of both the client and candidate side of every search.
