He acts as a central operational partner to leadership and recruiting teams, ensuring clarity, continuity, and execution across day-to-day operations and longer-term initiatives — from corporate communications and marketing support to the firm's website and digital presence, business-critical documentation, internal training and e-learning programs, and oversight of the platforms and systems that keep the business running reliably.

Before joining Top Tier Talent Group, Griffin held communications, technical documentation, and training roles in the software, regulatory, and non-profit sectors — authoring and governing product documentation, building online training platforms, and delivering training presentations to clients and teams internationally.
