Before joining Top Tier Talent Group, Melissa spent over five years at Randstad as Manager of Fabrication Skilled Trades Ontario, where she led a skilled trades fabrication team to three consecutive Presidency Club wins — the award for one of the highest performing branches in Canada. She has also held roles as a 360 staffing consultant, assistant branch manager, and internal talent advisor, giving her a full-desk perspective on recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
