He is known for bringing clarity and structure to complex or fast-moving environments — stabilizing hiring processes, reducing time-to-fill, and improving candidate quality without sacrificing experience. Beyond hiring, Neil is deeply invested in people and team development: he has mentored recruiters, coached hiring managers, and served as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent market insights, and process optimization. He also provides career development coaching, interview preparation, and executive coaching services.

Before founding Wiseman Talent Solutions — now an operating affiliate of Top Tier Talent Group — Neil spent over a decade leading talent acquisition as Manager, Talent Partner at PIVOTAL Integrated HR Solutions, and previously held recruitment leadership roles at AppleOne/HROne and Summit Employment Solutions.
