Tasia leads internal recruitment at Top Tier Talent Group, hiring the people behind the placements: 360 recruiters, 180 recruiters, and account managers. She partners with high-performing recruitment professionals who are ready for MORE — more autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the freedom to grow their own way — across technology, sales/GTM, manufacturing, construction, engineering, and accounting & finance. Her own career began in construction recruitment, where she placed professionals across Canada and played a part in shaping the country's infrastructure, so she knows firsthand what it takes to build relationships, win trust, and perform in a competitive market.
